Refund and Returns Policy

Online and Phone Orders
When placing an order online please be aware due to making and Hallmarking process of your piece,
we kindly ask that you allow up to 4 weeks before receiving your jewellery.
You should received an confirmation email detailing your order within 1 working day.
On dispatch of your jewellery you will receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking reference.

When purchasing from outside the UK

Clients ordering from outside of the UK are responsible for all taxes and duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which the items are sent. Please be aware that it is possible for some orders to experience delays in customs,  unfortunately I have no control over this and ask that should this be the case you contact your local customs agency if necessary.

Online and Phone Order Sales Returns
Online and telephone orders cancellation rights are in addition to our normal returns policy, under the
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Please note these rights do not apply to commissioned or personalised jewellery and earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
which once ordered and purchased, are NON RETURNABLE unless faulty.

If you wish to cancel your order before the end of the statutory cancellation period
(14 days from the day after you order or you receive the goods) you can notify us by email at sales@dawnhoward.co.uk
informing that the jewellery is to be returned unworn, with proof of purchase, tags attached and
in the original packaging.
The item/s must then be returned within 14 days of your cancellation. Postal return costs are at your expense (we therefore advise adequate insurance cover is in place), unless the product is faulty, in which case the postal costs paid to return the item will will refunded in addition to your original payment.
Once received your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of item.
